Payment Policy

Prices on linenlairhome.com are displayed in U.S. dollars. LINEN LAIR accepts the payment methods shown in the secure checkout at the time an order is placed. Available methods may include major credit or debit cards and supported digital wallets or third-party payment services.

Authorization and order acceptance

Submitting an order authorizes the selected payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel an order before shipment for reasons such as suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, pricing or inventory error, legal restriction, or inability to fulfill the order. If payment was captured for a canceled order, the affected amount will be refunded.

Taxes and charges

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery information. LINEN LAIR does not add hidden handling charges. Standard U.S. shipping is free. The customer is responsible for any fees charged independently by their financial institution, such as overdraft, currency conversion, or card fees.

Payment security

Payments are processed by Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout. LINEN LAIR does not receive or store the complete payment card number. Do not send card numbers or security codes by email, phone message, or contact form.

Promotions

Promotional codes must be entered before an order is submitted and are subject to the terms shown with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively. If a promotion conflicts with mandatory law, the law controls.
